We are now operating all year round with our self-catering Beach House.
We are located in a residential area so we do not cater for hens or stag parties.
We require a deposit to confirm bookings and the balance payable prior to arrival. This will be discussed on enquiry and confirmation of each booking.
BEACH HOUSE RATES*
January, February, March, April
Minimum 4 night stay rate: €2,000
Weekly rate: €2,800
October, November, December (excluding Christmas/New Year)
Minimum 4 night stay rate €2,000
Weekly rate: €2,800
May, June, September, Christmas/New Year
4 night stay: €2,500
Weekly rate: €3,500
July, August
Weekly rate: €4,000
*excludes cleaning fee of €300
