If the excitement of the boat journey and fine sea air has worked its magic, then perhaps take a rest in our living area, with comfy couches. On dark nights, our solid fuel stove keeps the chills at bay. We have hosted many evenings of good chat and happy friendship in O’Gradys, with our handmade coffee table, armchairs and flat screen T.V., as well as board games galore. There is even free WiFi throughout, for all your needs.

The house is littered with impressive art pieces from local creators, tastefully chosen to compliment the décor. Take a moment to appreciate during your stay.

Downstairs, across from the living area is our spacious dining room. The views from the window are spectacular, you can watch the waves, boat watch and idle away your breakfast. The capacity in this room is to seat up to seventeen people, perfect for family and extended family dining.

There are comfy couches and armchairs here too, if a cup of tea and a rest takes your fancy.

For those who like to cook, the stainless steel kitchen, leading from the dining room is complete with all mod cons. There is a six hob gas cooker and oven, with overhead grill, ample prep counters, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, substantial supply of cooking equipment, crockery and glasses. If Come Dine With Me is your vibe, then our facilities have you covered.

After all the hard work in the kitchen, upstairs is complete with sumptuous rooms, five in total. Each ensuite bedroom has a king size and single bed with wardrobe space and a flat screen T.V. Hairdryer, towels and bed line supplied for your stay. On the landing area are two reading corners with comfy armchairs and small selection of books to help you while away the hours.

There is a downstairs double en suite room (wheelchair accessible if required) and also a main bathroom with a baby changing unit and electric shower stand.

Our Beach house is special in so many ways but it is primed for those sandy holidays. We have a travel cot for the smaller guests, as well as high chair and extra camp beds. We know how active visitors like to be, so there is a designated, sheltered space at the side of the house for keeping bicycles, rinsing wet suits and beach wear. There is of course a clothes line for hanging items and the option for a BBQ on request.

The bins are also situated in this area and we have facilities for recycling.

To the front of the house there is a small garden area on one side and a dining area on the other, located on an elevated patio, perfect for catching the evening sun and keeping an eye on the beach if you have small people who like to play in the waves.
